My experience at Bay City Motors was fantastic!! I was looking for a used work truck. I purchased a 2003 Ford F150. Bay City met me half way on my offer and the rest was a snap. The people working there are great. Karen in finance was pleasure. She was cheerful and professional. This dealership is not the normal 'high' pressure BS I have dealt with at other dealers. I recommend Bay City anyone looking for a great deal!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Bay City Motors! Needing an inexpensive reliable older model used car, I was not sure I would be able to find anything anywhere that would work for me in terms of condition and price. BCM had a few options available to me, and worked really hard to help make the price work out right. I walked out the door not spending a penny more than I felt comfortable doing, and really feel like the salesman Eric was knowledgable, honest, and did a great job working with me to get out the door in a good car with a great price! The teamwork made me, the buyer feel well taken care of. I drove out from San Leandro and arrived at my Son's in Reno with no problems. My sons were quite surprised and excited with the Jeep. However they questioned me regarding the price until I gave them the Sales Work Sheet, which then excited them even more. If I or anyone I know are in the market for a used vehicle I most certainly will refer them to Bay City Motors! So again, Thank You, everyone at Bay City Motors!

WOW! That's what buying a car should feel like! I'm more satisfied than I could have ever imagined with this car buying experience. You can come here and be treated fairly. I went to probably 15-25 different car dealers during my recent car shopping experience. Most on Stevens Creek Blvd and some on Automall, so mostly Southbay and Eastbbay. NO ONE compared to Bay City.

I usually am hesitant to buy anything on-line, especially when I have to provide my credit card number but really needed a car asap so decided to try to qualify for their special financing program. It is amazing! After five minutes filling out the form, I was qualified for almost their entire inventory! I ended up buying a car the next day and they even refunded me the financing application fee as promised! Great job guys, keep up the good work!
